We understand that sending your children to Gyalsung training  can be a source of anxiety and concern. It is natural to feel apprehensive and worried about the challenges and risks associated with military training. Firstly, our training programs are designed with utmost care and consideration for our Gyalsarss physical and mental wellbeing. Adequate amount of rest will be ensured making sure that Gyalsars get uninterrupted 7 hours of sleep with Sundays as their personal time where they can connect with loved ones and engage in some self care activities.

 

The trainers and instructors are well trained, experienced professionals who prioritize the safety and wellbeing of every trainee. We are committed to ensuring the safety and wellbeing of every Gyalsar extensive measures have been  put in place to minimize risk and provide proper medical attention and support at the right time. We even encourage our gyalsars to stay hydrated and not train in unbearable heat during summer.

Various recreational activities such as games, social activities will be organized. Considering the mental wellbeing of our Gyalsars, we also send them for a one month vacation to connect with their families and loved ones.

It is important to acknowledge that a  strong support system will be developed during the training where they will be surrounded by a community of friends who are going through similar experiences. Camaraderie and friendship often develop among them, providing emotional support and a sense of belonging. Moreover, we also have counseling and mental wellbeing services available in all academies to address any psychological concerns that may arise during training.

Lastly, enlisting in the Gyalsung training reflects your children’s bravery, commitment and their sense of responsibility towards our country and they are taking part in a noble and honourable pursuit. The skills and experiences they gain during the training will contribute to their personal growth and shape their futures in meaningful ways. We encourage you to stay connected with your sons and daughters throughout their training as expressing your support and letting them know that you are there for them, can provide a sense of comfort and reassurance to both you and your children.
