1.         This is to inform all Gyalsups that registration is now open for participation in the Joint International Cycling Expedition between Bhutan and India, organized in collaboration with the National Cadet Corps (NCC) of India.

2.         The details of the expedition are as follows: –

(a)        Number of Slots :-  08 (04 Male and 04 Female)

(b)       Eligibility Criteria :-

(i)        Age Requirement: Between 18 and 23 years.

(ii)       Physical Fitness & Experience: Must be physically fit, in good physical health, and possess basic cycling skills. Previous cycling experience is highly preferable. Must be capable of enduring a long-distance cycling expedition across diverse terrains.

(iii)      Availability: Must be fully available for the entire duration of the duty and training period: Training Phase: Tentatively in October / November 2026 for 21 Days and Expedition Phase: First week to Dec 2026 to 29/30 January 2027.

4.         Preference will be given to Gyalsups with previous cycling experience, subject to fulfillment of all physical fitness and eligibility requirements.

5.         Physical test will be conducted for the shortlisted Gyalsups and dates will be intimated through registered contact number.
