Opening ceremony of the 45-day SAR TOT
The opening ceremony of the 45-day SAR TOT was graced by the Chief of Police today at NSATC & SRPF, Tashi Gatshel. A total of 194 police personnel attended the programme, comprising 5 officers and 10 ORs (trainers), along with 29 officers and 150 ORs (participants). Following the ceremony, post-lunch sessions were conducted on the “Overview of Gyalsung” and “Leadership of the Self,” aimed at strengthening both institutional understanding and personal leadership capacities.
