The Gyalsung Headquarters (GHQ), in collaboration with the Royal Institute for Governance and Strategic Studies (RIGSS), is conducting a Leadership Training of Trainers (ToT) from 06 to 12 February 2026 at RIGSS, Phuentsholing. A total of 26 officers are participating – 24 from the four Gyalsung Academies and 2 from GHQ.
The objective of the programme is to equip Gyalsung Officers with the knowledge, skills, and confidence required to independently deliver leadership sessions for Gyalsups. This will support a smooth and progressive transition from RIGSS-led delivery to Academy-led delivery by the Academic Year 2027.
Through this ToT, participants will gain practical leadership tools, facilitation techniques, and pedagogical competencies, while also establishing a pool of certified trainers within Gyalsung. This initiative will strengthen institutional capacity and ensure the long-term sustainability of leadership programmes across the Gyalsung Academies.
