The MoU was signed between the Director of RIGSS and the Secretary of GHQ at the Gyalsung Headquarters.
The Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) focuses on the support provisions related to National Education and Life Skills components of Gyalsung Training specifically on 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽, 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗖𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗮𝗯𝗼𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀.
